Was not impressed with the cold Toast and coffee we had in the morning........and the price was crazy!!!!!!!!!!!.

I`ts a good place to stay, but you have to have a car especially in winter period. A Lot of parks around... city tram is pretty close. Room size is good, So I would recomend this hotel.

I often travel to Toronto, and need a place to stay on the spur of the moment, if I must stay overnight. It would be great to be able to have excellent rates even in a walk in basis. However my special rate was achieved only during internet reservations. I will soon be coming again to look for a job and I would feel safe to stay there, if the price is right.Thank You

the hotel was very central ...close to downtown but away from the hectik core

Hotel personel was nice and friendly. Everyday they gave me the direction map, where we wanted to go. There is no disturbing traffic noise. It's a little bit far from the downtown, but 3 minutes walking distance there is a street car and bus station. I recommend this hotel for everyone especially who travels for business.

Food and beverage prices at the restaurant is too expensive.

I totally enjoyed my sleep. The bed was so comfortable, I did not want to get out of bed the next morning. I have not slept so soundly as the evening of Aug 14th in, well, a very long time. Thanks Four Points!!

Yes. There was a screaming match outside my room. It was between the Management of Four Points and another customer. It turned out that the Sheraton was not able to find a parking spot for him. There were cars parked everywhere. Too many cars and not enough spaces for everyone to park. Cars were blocking other cars. Parking spots were not assigned according to room number. People parked where ever and however they could. Parking according to room number would have saved that gentleman, the patrons having to put up with the yelling, as well as the staff a whole lot of aggravation. Error on the side of Management.
